To be able to realistically assess the investment potential, the economic and financial situation of the target company is subjected to a detailed examination in the context of a financial due diligence. Special attention is paid to the financial opportunities and risks of the acquisition target. We assess cash flows and balance sheets, analyze the revenue that can be generated in the long run and scrutinize the business plans provided by the target company. If necessary, the documents provided by the company are transformed into an integrated balance sheet, income statement and liquidity plan which we then use as a basis for assessing forecasts, planning assumptions and planned measures with regard to sustainability.
