Expertise
At BÖHRET SEHMSDORF & Partner, Mr. Böhret specializes in international tax law as well as the optimization of corporate and financing structures in regard to taxes, due diligence, corporate acquisitions and reorganization measures. Mr. Böhret supports M&A transactions, providing entrepreneurs with advice and support relating to financing, acquisition and sale. Furthermore, he carries out formation audits according to corporate law as well as other special audits.
Career History
After completing his studies in business administration in Mannheim (specializations: corporate taxation, auditing and trusteeship), Mr. Böhret worked in a global auditing firm between January 1990 and June 1995. From December 1993 to June 1995, he managed the tax department of the Dresden branch before co-founding BÖHRET SEHMSDORF in 1995.
