Expertise
At BÖHRET SEHMSDORF & Partner, Mr. Schmidtgen conducts audits of annual and consolidated financial statements, financial due diligence, due diligence and EDP audits. Moreover, he consults sole proprietorships as well as corporate groups on economic matters such as the integration of cost and performance accounting systems as well as tax matters.
Career History
After completing his vocational training in retail business, Mr. Schmidtgen studied business administration with a focus on company taxation. Between November 1998 and February 2003, Mr. Schmidtgen was employed by medium-sized tax consultancies and auditing firms in Augsburg and Dresden for which he mainly worked in the fields of auditing and business consultancy.
