Christoph Endres advises both domestic and international clients in the corporate law practice of BÖHRET SEHMSDORF & Partner. His core areas of expertise include supporting M&A transactions, providing ongoing legal advice to management bodies (particularly in relation to directors' and officers' liability (D&O)), and designing corporate structures. In addition, he advises employers on employment law matters.
Thanks to the firm's interdisciplinary approach, Mr. Endres also regularly advises on mandates involving the intersection of corporate and tax law, working closely with colleagues from the firm's tax advisory practice. Internally, he is actively involved in compliance matters and supports the implementation and use of artificial intelligence in client work.
Career
Born in Aschaffenburg in 1993. After graduating from secondary school in 2012, he completed a voluntary social service year in Bolivia, followed by voluntary military service in Mittenwald. He studied law at the Universities of Würzburg and Seville, graduating in 2021. He completed his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Dresden, including an elective placement at the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin. Since early 2024, he has been practicing as an attorney at law (Rechtsanwalt) with BÖHRET SEHMSDORF & Partner.
