Expertise

Ms. Ludwig has been working with our firm since January 2026. Her responsibilities include advising small and medium-sized enterprises on tax and business-related matters. Her work focuses in particular on the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns, as well as assisting with statutory audits, financial due diligence, and company valuations.

In addition, Ms. Ludwig serves as a lecturer at the Saxony Cooperative State University (Duale Hochschule Sachsen) in Dresden. In the first semester, she teaches the module “Accounting and Financial Reporting.” She is also involved in conducting oral examinations and participates in the evaluation of bachelor’s theses.

Career History

After completing her vocational training as a tax clerk, Ms. Ludwig studied Business Administration with a specialization in tax law at the Berufsakademie Dresden. Prior to joining our firm, she worked for several mid-sized tax advisory firms.

In 2024, Ms. Ludwig successfully passed the tax advisor examination and was officially appointed as a certified tax advisor.
