Tax consultant Alina Mai joined the tax consulting department at BÖHRET SEHMSDORF at the beginning of 2025. In addition to providing tax and business consulting services to companies of all sizes, her work focuses on preparing annual financial statements and tax returns, as well as assisting with consulting on corporate restructuring.
Career History
After completing a dual degree in business administration at the Business Academy of the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Ms. Mai gained experience in finance and controlling at various international corporations. After moving to a tax consulting firm, Ms. Mai successfully passed the tax advisor exam in 2019. To further her knowledge, she obtained the certificate as a specialist consultant for corporate restructuring (IFU / ISM gGmbH) in 2022.
